03. What size is the screen?
The super slim mini-laptop features a 7" digital TFT display (resolution: 800 x
480).
04. What is the operating system?
The mini-laptop comes with Windows® CE 6.0.
05. Can I reinstall the software for Windows CE 6.0 if I am getting an error message?
Yes, please
click here to download the software to another computer, which you can then
save to a memory card, and then insert into your netbook for installation. It may
take up to four minutes for the program to download. Once completed, you will see
a "script" file and a "Readme" document displayed on your screen. Click on the
"Readme" document to access the simple
instructions, which are as follows:
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Save the zip file "script.zip" to a folder on your computer by clicking on "extract
all files" and saving to your desktop, which may take up to 12 minutes.
- Copy the "script folder" (the folder is from the "script.zip" file) to a memory
card (SD).
- Turn off your netbook.
- Insert the memory card (SD) into your netbook.
- Turn on your netbook. The installation will start automatically.
- You will be prompted to remove the memory card once the down load is complete.
- Remove the memory card.
- The installation is complete, and you may now turn on your netbook.

14. How do I get my Mini Laptop?
Mail the Activation Form and Activation Fee via certified mail to the address provided on
your Certificate. Please allow 45 days for your Activation Form to be processed.
You will then be send an Order Form, which you will be asked to sign & date and
return with a shipping & handling fee to receive your Mini Laptop. Your product
will be shipped within 30 days after the date we receive your Order Form.
15. Is rush shipping available?
Yes, you will be given the option to select standard shipping (delivery within four
to six weeks) or express shipping (delivery within two weeks) on the Order Form.
16. Does my Certificate ever expire?
Yes, your Certificate expires 30 days after the issue date.
17. Do you accept personal checks for the Certificate Activation Fee and the Shipping & Handling Fee?
