Yes, the warranty information is provided with the Portable DVD Player.
03. How do I get my Portable DVD Player?
Mail the Activation Form and Activation Fee via certified mail to the address provided
on your Certificate. You will then be send an Order Form, which you will be asked
to sign & date and return with a shipping & handling fee to receive your
Portable DVD Player within four to six weeks.
04. Is rush shipping available?
Yes, you will be given the option to select standard shipping (delivery within four
to six weeks) or express shipping (delivery within two weeks) on the Order Form.
05. Does my Certificate ever expire?
