02. Is a warranty provided?

03. How do I get my HD Camcorder?
Mail the Activation Form and Activation Fee via certified mail to the address provided on your Certificate. You will then be send an Order Form, which you will be asked to sign & date and return with a shipping & handling fee to receive your HD Camcorder within four to six weeks. Allow us 45 days to process activation form and 30 days to get product after we receive order form.
04. Is rush shipping available?
Yes, you will be given the option to select standard shipping (delivery within four to six weeks) or express shipping (delivery within two weeks) on the Order Form.
05. Does my Certificate ever expire?
Yes, your Certificate expires 30 days after the issue date.
06. Do you accept personal checks for the Certificate Activation Fee and the Shipping & Handling Fee?
No, we do not accept personal checks.
07. Where do I mail my Certificate Activation Fee and Shipping & Handling Fee?
